A fanlisting is a place for all the fans of a particular show, movie, actor/actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people all around the world who are fans of that subject. You can learn more about the idea behind it at TFL.org or you can even apply to get your very own fanlisting.

This fanlisting is for the relationship between Owen Harper and Toshiko 'Tosh' Sato from the BBC show Torchwood, first broadcast in 2005. After being imprisoned by UNIT, Jack visited her and gave her a way out by working for Torchwood, an offer which she accepted. About a year later, Owen Harper joined the team after his fiancee was killed by an alien parasite. It is not know when or where the two first met, however it is clear they have known each other a while and are at ease with each other. Tosh is harbouring a secret crush on Owen, and is shocked and upset when she finds out he has been sleeping with Gwen. After Owen meets and loses Diane Holmes, he realises that he needs to grow up and find someone he can settle down with. Tosh hints that he needs someone who understands what they do but Owen does not realise she is hinting at herself. She asks him out on a date to play pool but he again does not realise and thinks to invite the whole gang. He asks her about this again after some time has passed and she reveals that she wanted it to be just the two of them, like a date. Owen is shocked and confused, but does accept. However, before they can go on their date, Owen is shot and killed, only to be brought back to life by Jack. He does not return as human though, rather as undead and he cannot be killed although his body is fragile. Tosh seems to be the only one who is trly concerned about Owen, and seeks him out at his apartment only for him to run off. Later she tells him that he can open up to her, and he reveals he is terrified.

I chose the title '[ Like An ] Old Married Couple' because sometimes they do act like it. There are points where they seem to know what the other is thinking and they are comfortable around each other (for the most part anyway). It is from a quote in 'A Day in the Death', after the woman on the roof notes that Owen and Tosh sound like an old married couple.
