Welcome to [ Like An ] Old Married Couple, the only TFL approved fanlisting for the relationship between Owen Harper and Toshiko 'Tosh' Sato from the television show Torchwood. Owen and Tosh have known each other for several years, both having been drafted into Torchwood by Captain Jack Harkness; Owen is the medic of the team and Tosh's expertise lies with technology. It is clear very early on that Tosh has a crush on Owen however he does not seem to realise, instead he has one night stands with random women (and sometimes men). He is protective of Tosh though and does not want anyone to hurt her, but at the same time not realising that he is causing her the most hurt. Tosh and Owen have a really interesting relationship to me; my favourite relationships to watch develop tend to be unrequited love, watching Tosh pine for Owen is heartbreaking and although there does seem to be some understanding on Owen's side now, he is now dead and it's definitely added a new twist to their relationship.
