Welcome to We Giggle (Jeah!), the only TFL approved fanlisting for the relationship Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte. Phelps and Lochte are two professional swimmers who met at the Olympics trials in 2004. Since then they have become good friends, bonding over a love of girls, expensive cars and rap music, and even have their own (very dorky) greeting to each other - jeah - which they have borrowed from the rapper Young Jeezy. However, once they get in the pool they are rivals as they swim some of the same races and have to put their friendship aside. Phelps and Lochte are completely adorable together. They make each other giggle (yes, they giggle) and never have a bad thing to say about the other which is wonderful to see from two people who should be rivals and nothing else.
