Welcome to Very Up Person, the only TFL approved fanlisting for the character Jayne Cobb from the television show Firefly and movie sequel Serenity. Jaybe joined the crew of Serenity after Mal convinced him to switch sides for money after he was about to kill him. He has a selection of weapons, his favourite which he has named Vera, and loves to clean them, and has a fondness for knices. Jayne is one of my favourite characters on the show because he's hilarious. Despite the fact that for the right price he'd do anything, he has shown loyalty towards Mal and a soft side for his mother, who knits him an orange hat (which is very cunning).
